I like what SC said. Sometimes when you call the voices out, they kind of lose their power. I've been wanting to come up with some regrounding tools myself. Sometimes just putting my hands at prayer center (yoga) helps. Breathing. Maybe feeling a bracelet. To bring yourself back and remind you that you have the CALM in you, you just need to ACCESS it. Hard to do, but it sounds like you have a good foundation in there and the monkey mind is trying to get the best of you. It's exhausting battling our minds, isn't it?
