Zoloft!!

Been on Zoloft 10 months now and just increased yesterday. I been reading to much in the internet and it's freaking me out how it's hard to come off Zoloft or the side effects. Since being in them yes they helped abit but I get daily headaches, brain fog , my body jerks. I want off of them now reading all these forums.

...it can be hard to know how to proceed. Hopefully between doing your research, talking with your doctor. ..and members here, you can easily figure out the direction you want to go.
