All together, that is a lot to be worried about
on a Monday morning.
So breaking down your concerns and dealing with them one at a time should help.
Getting your report done will probably need to be first on the list. Though you are nervous about
getting it done correctly, I have confidence that you will be successful. You are a conscientious worker, and when you use your coping skills, you always rise to the challenge. Ask for help if need be...and it will go very well!
As far as you trip preparation...doing a little each day...gradually chipping away at the task of getting ready should help. Even if it means just writing a note (things pop into my head at random times, so I make a note of it!) about
a certain item you want to remember to include...or doing a load if laundry here, and tossing in a few item into your suitcase there...this way, you are not overwhelmed by the entire task the night before you leave.
...and finally your knee. I'm sorry to hear this happened.
Remember the RICE treatment (rest, ice, compression, elevation) and take NSAID's to reduce swelling...and you'll be healed up nicely soon.
