Help,, what's is best for memory? Aside from exercising!! Been stressing out lately.. my memory is not good at all.. pls help.. I have a job orientation tomorrow.. and I'm scared but have to face it..

Congratulations on the job! You are going to do great! However, it can be anxiety provoking to face your first day...so know that feeling nervous is a normal response.

Take notes if the circumstances allow. This is the best way to assure you remeber everything. If that's not possible...try repeating things that are told to you. This is a good trick to make details stick in your mind. (you can repeat things out loud, or silently to yourself.

Making word associations with pictures in your head helps too. Anything that helps you recalls details...rhymes, songs, acronyms, ect...these are all games I have played trying to remember things.smile

You are going to do a wonderful job! They hired you for a reason...have confidence in yourself!

Thank you my friend SC,, you always got my back!! Love you for that.. it's about time for me to get a job 😊. And it's my very first job in my life.. never had one.. I have been a full time housewife and a student before.. so now I have to face reality.. thank you SC.. I just bought a memory enhancer.. hopefully it will help too.. been exercising too.. I'm excited and at the same time nervous about the job.. I will be working in the night.. hoping for a good result..

So proud and excited for you on your first day of your first job!

You are going to be awesome. smile The fact that you are concerned about doing well only speaks to the fact that you will be a conscientious employee and hard worker.

This company is lucky to have you as part of their team!

Today will be the biggest challenge of course, first days are...but after this...the next steps will be much easier.
