Question for the ladies?

Hi all...hope everyone is having a good day and doing well!

I have a quick (somewhat embarrassing) question for you ladies here.

Has anyone ever used Metrogel-Vaginal (Metronidazole) for BV? I just finished the 5 day course of the gel and my anxiety is now through the roof to the point that I actually had a panic attack late Tuesday evening and one again yesterday. I haven't had an actual panic attack in a while.

So I am wondering if this has caused a spike in the anxiety since that is the only thing that was added for 5 days...I was trying to research it online...but didn't really come across too much. I figured as embarrassing as it was to ask, this is the best place for me to reach out.

Please let me know if anyone has experienced anything similar to this or has heard of this causing increased anxiety.

Thanks for the quick reply. That is the only thing that was added to the mixture for 5 days so I thought maybe that was the culprit. If it's not one thing, it is always another with me.

I'm hoping that since I am done with the treatment, my body will finally start to feel better.
