No...that's not what I was trying to say. Don't worry...it is normal for anxiety to get us down temporarily. It is a constant struggle to manage, and we get tired and worn down...that's all.
Keep working on your anxiety management. If you find you continue to have difficulties with your mood...then talk with your doctor...but either way, you are going to be alright.
You are likely just having this isolated symptom because you are doing so much to reduce your overall anxiety...and that's a good thing!
