Hey everybody,
I can't say that I've looked hard, but from what I see it's alright to post links to anxiety related resources here?
I'd like to share a link to a PDF from Harvard Med School (March 2016) on the topics of meditation/yoga, and their link to both mental, and physical, well being. Meditation helped me out of my first major bout with anxiety years ago. I gave up on it after recovering, but recently (after years without it) I relapsed back into a panicked state for a week or so. I've recommitted myself to a daily meditation/yoga practice that has once again started to deliver slow, but steady, results. And in that light, I'd like to offer this information to anybody interested.

A single mindfulness practice may do little, but daily mindfulness practice alters brain structure in ways that can really benefit (anxious) folks like us. It shouldn't be used in place of other treatment options, but it can be a great addition!

The link is getting us to the Harvard site...but not to the page you want...so there is a mistake in the address I would guess.

It's strange. If I copy and paste the link that I left in the original post, it works. When I add url and /url with the appropriate brackets, it does what you mentioned, and directs to the Harvard page. I went back and put the link in the original post so people can copy and paste it if they like.
