Kierang,
I'm not sure what the symptoms, or appropriate tests, for pancreatic cancer are. But I'd urge you to firmly voice your concerns to your GP, and ask for his/her opinion and/or tests. Then work on accepting their diagnosis.
Too often we try to diagnose ourselves, and we make more out of perceived "symptoms" than need be. I get it, I've been there. You aren't the first to self diagnose, and panic. You certainly won't be the last. But there's a reason doctors go through years of intensive school/training, and it's important to not get into the habit of constantly second guessing their opinions based on our own fears/perceptions.
It's tough, but consider that anxiety it's self causes a wide range of real physical symptoms, and sensations. And beyond that, consider that the symptoms that you've described, even if not caused by anxiety, could be the result of countless other causes that are far less severe than pancreatic cancer.
