I am sorry to hear that you've been dealing with this pain and worry for so long.
You certainly have some understandable triggers (hoping your parents are well/recovered!) for health anxiety. However, it is good that you've received favorable results from you own health screenings!
So, now begins the work of managing your health anxiety. What if anything have you tried thus far? Medication and/or therapy are the usual routes that people explore. You can talk to your doctor about
either option...
