For this reason, what you are experiencing is more than likely anxiety/panic based and not a seizure. A true seizure will not last 2 hours and people will most definitely notice if you were having a seizure. If you find a way to control your anxiety/panic attacks I am guessing what you are experiencing will decrease or completely stop.
