Partner constantly making me sad

This isnt really anxiety related but my man that ive been seeing for almost 4 years sucks with kissing and affection an all that. I'll look at him and he will say "what." I've asked for more kissing and he tries for a bit and then stops again. When he tries he is way too darn obvious about how he doesn't really want to kiss. This sucks sooooo bad it makes me sad and then it makes me anxious when I talk about it.. it was kind of good at the start but it's died down now. He doesn't want to do anything about it. I'm stressed

Have you ever read/heard of 'The Five Love Languages'? If not, this is a book you may want to consider getting!

It's based on the principal that there are 5 basic ways in which we give and receive love.

Your main language might be physical touch...but it may not be his. He may have a different need, that you might not be as tuned into.

The book teaches couples to learn and speak each others languages...and it's really eye opening!

Maybe give him time while you get that book SC is telling you about.
Do you think its our enxiety that makes them cold,, my boyfriend is the same.
As for me I don't care I'm taking care of me if he wants to go to someone else he can go..
