I'm on a very low dose of antidepressant, 25 mg of zoloft, and i want to try 5 htp supplement, just wondering if i need to stop taking zoloft in order to do that, or not?

RD,
I do not think it is recommended that these two be taken together, ever. (Serotonin Syndrome risk)
To be sure...asking your doctor and/or pharmacist is always a good step to take.
Wishing you the best in finding your safe and effective regimen!
S.C.
