Hey TheIso,
I can't necessarily offer anything concrete without context as to what your bad habits are, but I'd suggest not beating yourself up too much. These things happen to the best of us. I think it's natural to seek relief from anxiety, as brutal as it can be, even when the relief comes in a relatively negative form.
In the past I dealt with some bad habits -- specifically, bad habits that were a result of anxiety -- and I found it's best to recognize it, get back on track, and fight to avoid falling into a pattern of negative thinking. At least take pride in the fact that you are able to recognize it, and are working to change it.
More important, I learned (after years of failing) that finding healthy ways of dealing with my anxiety lead to my being able to cease such habits. Here's to hoping you're able to do the same.
Best of luck (not that luck has much to do with it ...),
TICHWA
