finally sleeping again with no meds

after suffering with ultra severe insomnia since april-this week I started sleeping again with no sleep aids. not even ambien cr would keep me asleep foe more than 2 hours. it feels sooo good to be able to sleep again. lets hope it lasts and is a sighn that I have finally beaten this horriable bout with anxietydepression and all that goes with it.
