Throat scares me

Does anyone feel like they have something wrong with their throat,I always feel like it's ganna close up,can't swallow or I have cancer.i get so scared and my anxiety goes sky high.

Yes I have that problem all the time and it is a common symptom of anxiety so do all you can to reduce your anxiety and you should see improvements.

When do you get your endoscopy report? (I think I remember you having a recent one?)

Getting your results should help...

Hi Gabs

Mine started after i did the endoscopy 2015 , i even thought that the camera scratched my throat. it never got back to normal , i cant even sing the way i used to sing and if i speak louder it becomes scratchy, i alwayS keep a packet of HALLS.
So i can say all or most anxiety suffers has seen all types of doctors

My dear you not alone i feel exactly the same. it is very scary
