I am sorry you are having nervous anxiety today.:/ That is a terrible feeling.
Can you pinpoint the source causing your symptoms? If so, maybe you can troubleshoot for a resolution...to proactively reduce your worries...
...if not (which is often the case) do some meditations, breathing and progressive muscle relaxation. These should help your system to settle soon.
