It shouldn't cause an issue. You ideally want to take the dose at the same time everyday. However, if it's off a bit that shouldn't be an issue. Here's a few half-lives of SSRIs:
Citalopram - 33 h
Fluoxetine - 4 - 6 days
Fluvoxamine - 15 - 26 h
Paroxetine - 21 h
Sertraline - 26 h
The half-lives are so long, this means if you take a Zoloft, 26 hours later, half of it will be out of your system.
By then, you should have already taken your next dose. Theoretically, if you're taking it daily there should be a steady state concentration within your blood.
So no, this should not be an issue. It is always possible some are more sensitive to timing than others.
