By tonight it will be 1 week back on brand name from Generic and exactly one week since my panic/anxiety episode. I continue to feel the aftershocks of the whole event and still trying to piece together everything that is going on in my mind. I've been utilizing headspace everymorning for the past 4 days and trying to make that work. I just got a job offer in another state and this was during when my mind was in a better place and I'm wondering if I should take it or not. I've been using the xanax as needed but just hoping I can have some clarity soon as I need to focus on what I need to do for my family without having the effects of anxiety change the path I need to take.
I've been on 10mg for a while and wondering if after two years an adjustment to 20mg would help? Anyone been in a similar situation and found an increase helped?
Have a great thursday all!

AK,
I think the fact that you haven't had another attack is a really good sign. Holding steady, even if you are not yet moving forward is still a good thing.
Asking your doctor about
that increase (or a slighty slower dose uppage) after another week or so is a good plan I think...at that point you should be starting to feel the benefits kicking back in.
Wishing you the wisdom in how to proceed regarding the possible job move. Those decisions are never easy.
Peace and progress,
S.C.
