Hello,

Wondering if anyone takes Magnesium? How does it help you?

I haven't taken it yet, but I was told to take magnesium for help with depression.

I take it and I think it helps.

You have to take a good quality type, not the stuff you buy cheap in any store.

My brand is called 'triple calm' It's on amazon.

Are you taking the magnesium in addition to the ssri's? I am on 10mg of lexapro and .5mg of Klonpin as needed. Thanks so much,

Yes I'm in SSRI actually same as you but mine called ciprolex. Haven't purchased the magnesium yet as I'm searching for the best brand
