hello! new to the forum for the past few weeks there have been family health issues that have me a bit stressed lately, i've dealt with panic attacks and anxiety since i was young but i feel at night it's hard to relax or take my mind off it and the same at work. Just wondering how people cope with it, i'm on medacation but I only take it before i sleep. Just looking for ways to help relax the 4 hours before i go to sleep! haha

Hi
Welcome to the forum.
What medication are you taking? The reason I ask is that some medications are very activating so if they are taken at night they will cause sleep problems.
I like to use Mindfulness Meditation which I find works really well at reducing anxiety and getting me ready for sleep. Have a look at our resources post for some great links to self help sites on the web.

hey I take .25mg clonzapam before sleeping it helps, i've been prescribed it before. But I am curious are there any side effects for a small dose like that over a week or two? I have been eating a bit better and going back to the gym so that has helped me the past week.

AC,
You will be totally fine on that low dose...especially if you plan on taking it only short term.
Great job on the positive lifestyle changes! Keep up the great work!
