I'm 22, haven't been outside in 4 years. Pretty much it. Take lorazepam, have a lot health issues. Feel like I'm going insane!

I am really sorry to hear about your struggles and health challenges...but glad you have reached out here to us for support. We will do our best to help you.

I am assuming from your post that you have agoraphobia as well as some physical health problems? Can I ask if you are under a doctor's care for both? Do you see someone to help you manage your anxiety at this time?

Maybe giving us a little more of your story could help us advise/encourage you.
