Does anyone know of any good medications to take that are safe with lexapro to fight off a cold?

I think that most OTC medications for colds are fine...I know that Sudafed is okay...

I take Lexapro and have tried ALKASELTZER -SEVERE COLD AND FLU ONE.
Even THERAFLU IS GOOD TOO.
Both tried and helped me a lot.
