Anxiety attack

Wish I didnt have to vent so much so sorry guys and gals. Last night while driving home I was hit with another major anxiety attack. Meeting with the PDOC today to try and see what I need to do. Since im in the process of a move in two weeks to a different state I dont know if its better to wait till i get there to start and med increase if needed or start it now? My strength is dwindling as im both sick and just hopeless. Stay strong everyone.
