Hi AK,
Try melatonin as it works for jet lag troubles.Start at min dose which is 1 mg if cannot feel sleepy at all trywith 3 mg or 5 mg ,max OTC is 10 mg.
You should take it ,I eat it every night or cannot sleep at all.
I have chronic sleep issues.
I take 3 mg along with other sleeping pills.
