Hello and welcome back! Although I am sorry it us due to the anxiety trying to return and bother you. :/
Perimenopause is not for the faint of heart...no pun intended! I have many symptoms that I believe are co-morbid along with anxiety...migraines/hormomal issues...you are not alone!
Make a list of written questions/concerns that you want to discuss with your doctor...and hopefully your appointment will help you to gain some understanding as well as a plan to feel your best.
Getting exercise, good rest and nutrition plays a key role in managing peri and anxiety too...so be sure to care for yourself well!
