I'm so scared of this symptom, it isn't all the time and I have posted about
it before. I have a new job that I care for a women in her home, sometimes I have to take her to her appointments and I have twice now and twice now I get this problem. You know what it feels like when you hang upside down how your head feels full and your ears muffled? That's what happens sometimes to me, especially when I have been sitting and get up to walk. But it also happens after I have walked for awhile suddenly. I mentioned it to my doctor once who said it was my anxiety. S.C tells me that she gets it also. UGH! I need help realizing this is anxiety, because its making agoraphobic again and I like this job.

Hi
I get the same symptom and my doctor put it down to anxiety to but I felt it was due to low blood pressure as I get really low blood pressure and when I stand up after sitting I get light headed.

D.,
Well, there's a second on the low BP thing...
I think it's a combination of both. Symptom=anxiety=more symptoms=more anxiety cycle.
Great job on pushing through with your work in spite of the anxiety...that is WINNING my friend! Keep using your skills and talking to us when you need encouragement!
