Feeling Conflicted

Hello,
Feeling a bit conflicted about going for a bacherlor party that came together last minute next month for a wedding I am standing in, where it will be a trip for a few days that will be a 15 hour plus bus ride to get to where we are going, however I paid for another obligation for that same weekend a few weeks ago already. The real confliction is with my anxiety and panic attacks, not only to decide what one to do, I recently lost a close family member and my job both happening two weeks ago and I'm on my last prescription for Clonzapam currently and would need to setup another doctors appointment to get more.

I feel like I should go on the trip but at the same time don't want to go because of my panic attacks and what I have been dealing with the past few weeks. I'm worried about traveling for a few days in a situation with my history of panic attacks if the doctor does not renew my prescription. At the same time I already committed to something else that I want to do but if I do not do the bachelor party I am not sure how to tell them even though I'm sure they would be understanding if i said i can't go because lack of money (even though that wouldn't be an issue for me to afford to go on) but the real issue is the panic attacks which I wouldn't want to tell them and the stressful situation's I've had happen the last few weeks.

Hopefully I typed those paragraphs together enough to make sense haha

thanks, yeah I feel like just sticking to my original plans, I would just feel bad about skipping out on it since I am standing in the wedding but they do understand I lost my job and the expense of it. I have enough money it's just the anxiety and the personal stuff that happened makes me want to stay home for a little bit for now.
