Hey,
any tips on keeping calm, feeling rather anxious and a bit panicked today, took two .25 mgs of clonzapem over the past 4 hours but still feeling anxious, it was a bit self induced had a late night last night and a few drinks at a wedding reception but anyone have tips on how to relax and keeping calm out there?

When i feel anxious or nervous. I a watch film, Read a book or play game. Do something which keeps your mind active.

Sorry to be so late coming onboard...busy day!
I hope you are feeling better by now, but if not, you can try one of our meditation videos from the Resources....
...we have other great suggestions in that thread as well. The Positive Mantras being one of my go to tools.
