I have been on sertraline 50 mg for 7 days I stoped takeing them on Tuesday 24 Oct. How long before the drug is out of my system please.

Hello and welcome.
If you were only taking 50 mg for one week, then the medication should be clear of your system already or very soon.
The half life of Sertraline/Zoloft is approx. 26 hrs.
I am assuming you had a poor experience with your start up? I am sorry to hear this. Things can be difficult before the Rx comes to a therapeutic level, so the first few weeks can be hard.
Talking to your doctor about
alternative medications, and/or a therapy referral to help you manage your anxiety would be a good next step.

Thank you. Yes it was to hard to carry on the meds. I still have some of the side affects pressure behind the nose. Just wondered when the side affects would pass. Thank you
