Clonzepam Before Bed

Every 2 days or so I'll need to take them to help me not feeling nervous before sleep for one or two nights, been using them for 2 months i'm just anxious about getting depended on it, any tips to help try not taking them? it's a small dose only .25MG

to test to see if you have become dependent-try going 3 or 4 days with out a dose and see what happens. your body will let you know then . if you have become dependant-i can help you. iwas using a small .25 dose like you and became dependant. my dr told me how to stop. report back if you are having a problem and I will tell you how I got off successfully with no discomfort.

Hi AC,

You may want to consider switching to Vistaril/hydroxyzine as a benzo alternative if you are concerned about becoming dependant...

...however at your dosage and using them PNR, I don't see this as a likely risk.smile

sorry just wondering what PNR means haha i think it's in my head more then anything, I tend to get a bit more anxious or nervous around Fall/Winter for some reason.

PNR = pro re nata...a medical term, (latin) for 'as needed'.

can you believe hospice had my 89 yr. old mom on 2 1/2 mgs clonzepam a day?
Poor woman is hallucinating and weak and tired
Called her primary dr and asked if i could send him a med list
He cut this down to 1 mg and removed an anti psychotic drug from her mix
I'm so tired
You have to watch everything like a hawk and get scared out of your skin taking care from afar
Is it time to fly in? Oh- well the rollercoaster is going up right now

your mom must have been a zombie. look up what long time klonopin use did to stevie nicks of Fleetwood mac. it ruined her carrier
