I had the anxiety condition for awhile already. I am not sure why it seems like I get some chest pain when I am talking to anyone. I don't get why even when I am not anxious I have the chest pain though. Does anyone know if the anxiety condition can cause this. Can I get some advice on this though. Thanks.

Hi AG,
Are you currently practicing breathing exercises? Chest pain/tightness can be attributed to improper brearhing due to stress.
We have instructions in the Resources...and be sure to practice them regularly.

Here you go! The 'Stress Relieving Exercises' link is a good one to start with...but have a look at everything if you can...and choose the best tools for you.
