Dizziness and derealization

These symptoms, along with fatigue, are bothering me the most at the moment. I feel like I'm in a dream, foggy headed or like I'm looking at the world around me through thick frosted glass, or like I'm underwater. I'm also really dizzy, not spinning dizzy but feeling off balance. This is worse since stopping Sertraline.
I've seen the DP manual online but it's expensive, has anyone tried using it and is it worth it?

Hi Cattia,

Like you, my depersonalization got really bad stopping Sertraline. I purchased the DP manual and found it helpful, although it’s a constant practice and needs to be implemented daily and admittedly I’ve been lazy some days. BUT when you listen to the advice, it does help.
