If you are still having trouble, you can try some yoga for moving the bowels. Exercise often does the trick, especially since you have tried so many other methods.
Once you have been able to go, perhaps using a daily probiotic, as well as taking a stool softener would be a good practice. A stool softener is preferable to a laxative as it will not cause the intestines to depend on the muscle stimulation that a laxative causes...but rather bulks up the stool, making it soft and easy to pass naturally.
