I am sorry to hear of the anxiety challenges that you are facing...but glad to have you join us, so you can get some support for your management/recovery.
You mention the use of medication, which is a good tool...so well done in getting started on your path to wellness...but have you also looked into therapy and self help?
You can talk to your doctor about the first option, which IMO is invaluable...
