S/E's From Cymbalta Reduction

Recently reduced Cymbalta from 30mg to 20mg. Feeling nausea, shakey. A little depressed. Is this common for a drop of this amount? How long will I have these symptoms? I have been on it for 7 years 30 mg once per day.

I would say yes, for sure. Your sensitive to meds like I am. Any little increase or decrease and boy I feel it. Give it a few weeks for your body to adjust and your anxiety might also get worst, just know its just the med change.

I am sorry to hear of your challenges with reducing your Rx.

Were you hoping to discontinue, or simply step down in dosage?

You will want to talk to your doctor about a gentler plan either way for sure...
