Does buspar make you sad? The last 3 days I’ve been extremely sad and idk if it’s the buspar or coming off the antidepressant I was on for 2 weeks.

I also missed my period and I’m on bop...I’ve twken two pregnancy tests and both are negative. I feel like I’m going to start and maybe that’s why I’m sad. Idk...

It sounds like it is likely a perfect storm of all those things! discontinuations, start ups and hormones can all be hard enough on their own...

...but to have them all together is of course going be rough.

Practice your coping skills, and give all of this some time to settle down. Things will get better with time.
