So my doctor took me off Effexor xr due to chest pain and she put me on regular Effexor. I feel high, like happy high but feel extremely anxious but not panicky. I am literally taking 1/4 of a tablet 3 times a day. For those on any antidepressants did you feel like this? I’m debating whether or not taking the next dose. I just feel weird nothing like my anxiety was before just like things are moving fast, I’m thinking fast, heart is beating fast but it isn’t.
