Anyone with sleep anxiety please tell me what meds you're taking and if they work. Thanks!

ambien and restorill worked best for me but are for short time use as there is a chance for dependence otc alteril worked best . my own cocktail of melantoian -valareun root works most time for me . sometimes benadryil will do the trick

I have used trazadone on and off. Works good for me but have to take it early enough in the evening to avoid a hangover the next morning. But, you need your sleep so it is worth it in my opinion. Non addicting as well.

Trazadone and melatonin are my 2 main ones. But, my Dr. also layers drugs. For instance, I have high BP so one of the meds he chose also have a side effect of making one sleepy. Also, muscle relaxants, as I also have fibro. and welbutrin for anxiety in general. A few others, like allergy med. But, I don't go to sleep for a few hrs after I take it all and it's not unusual for me to take them all and be awake for hrs.
