Lack of sleep causing body pains

Hi all,
My spring cleaning is suspended as have no stamina to continue.

My lack of sleep is causing me shooting pains in shoulders and back also moving my hands a bit more.

Its putting me to fibro flare and can no longer continue.

I had to give in and take 2 advil caps.

Hopefully it shall pass.

I am sorry to hear that you are in pain and losing sleep.

I hope this passes quickly for you too! Use your meds and any other tools you have for fighting a flare.
