You are not having a stroke. You are just having anxiety symptoms. You've been in this place before and made it through...and you'll do so again...hang in there!
Did you drink your coffee on an empty stomach? I have made that mistake...
...and while sometimes it doesn't affect me, at other times....oh boy! I get the anxious jitters, just as you described!
Even if you have to, force yourself to eat something. A carb/protein choice is good. (eggs and toast)
Get moving with some exercise (light is fine) to burn off the adrenaline.
Repeat positive/reassuring mantras to combat the negative/scary thoughts.
Check in after doing this and let us know how you are doing, okay?
