I had chest pain for a few years, and could never figure out what it was. My bad marriage ended, and my chest pain went away.
So the chest pain was from the stress of the rough marriage. It was like the stress was constricting the blood vessels to the muscles around my heart, closing them until it hurt the chest muscles from the lack of enough oxygen.
If you didn't have chest pain 6 months or a year ago, might mean you're under more stress now than you were then. Something's changed.
The chest pain didn't start the day the stress did, tough job, or no job, but the constriction may have started then, until there was no relief from the stress for a few weeks or months, and then the pain started when the blood flow was reduced enough.
So you won't associate the chest pain with the rough job, or from out of a job, for it didn't start that day. But that could be what it's from.
Your body is telling you, you're in a tough situation, and is asking you for some relief. Listen to that. That's what happen to me.
