Hi!
Last week was one of the weirdest in my life. Two weeks ago on Friday, I couldn't get in touch with my wife and she was going home for a 5-6 hours, that is quite a lot... So I have been extremely panicked about her safety. I think it`s normal. But after that, I got anxiety about different things every day and till now. And it is new feelings to me because I was always calm and strong to the anxiety or panic. Just wanted to know how I can get rid out of it and back to my calm life.
