Morning folks.

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

I am currently doing some CAT (Cognitive Analytical Therapy) Therapy and i'm four sessions in and really feel like I am making some progress I will be having 16 sessions in total so a long way to go yet but i'm looking forward to it.

News on my parents my Mother is now half way through her Chemotherapy and seems to be doing ok but has had some bad side effects and is very tired all the time. My Dad's Parkinson's has taken a big dip and he is not doing well and is almost at needing full time care it's very sad to see him decline.

Still kicking n screaming. Lots of pain, getting colder. Other gripes. My planning meeting for the national disability insurance scheme is on the second of April. Shrink video session on the eleventh. Needed. HT

Today I had a fine day. I walked around a nearby village and got some running in as well.

The local meteorologists say that the next several days will be sunny (although sort of cold) for the next few days.

I'm glad because I'm tired of all the snow we've been getting this winter here in Maine.

Incredible job on further pursuing your management skills! I hope you continue to find the new therapy helpful! Will you keep us updated and share any key points...or reasons why you find this to be beneficial? ( I am not very familiar with CAT)

I will continue to keep your folks in my prayers.
