Hi, I'm Rich aka Older Guy,
I am really gobsmacked (British word) by the amount of anxiety i'm having from changing my routine today. I would normally go out and do my errands in the morning. Today I will do them in the afternoon. I would usually use an affirmation of "I've done this before and I know I can do it again". In this case, it hardly applies, as it's been many months or even years since I've changed up my routine". Perhaps I will use "when i've done this, i will be glad". Feedback encouraged.
