Hi again.
So I’ve been having an array of symptoms from anxiety. 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve been having heart palpitations on my mind for whatever reason and of course this I think is causing them to occur even more. I try to talk myself out of it but it’s a spiral. It also feels like my heartburn/acid indigestion is part of the feelings, so I’m trying to avoid carbonation and foods that may trigger the feeling..I will say it’s a little less noticeable watching the lemonade intake and no red sauce. A little background into my week, my grandmother recently passed and I’ve been worried about
my mom and of course how she’s taking all of this and the sadness and stress that goes along with loosing a loved one. I’m just having a really hard time. Does anyone else have palpitations? GERD? My blood pressure has been good, my heart rate has been up as I am constantly checking it 🤦🏼♀️ I’m also using my Apple Watch 5 for the EKG feature to make sure I’m not having a fib (never have and heart tests are normal). Struggling...help please
