Hi Folks

How is everyone doing?

Well that's us done 1 week of lockdown here in the UK and it looks likely that further restrictions will come into force this week.

These are anxious times for everyone so we all need to double up on our coping stratagies and keep washing our hands and try our best to remain calm.

I'm glad to have HealingWell.com to make comments to because not much is going on with me thanks to the virus.

This upcoming week will likely be dull for me, as I'm not going out much at this point.

My comment that I made a few days ago about how I would likely have a boring week this week has been a prediction that, so far, has been true for me.

But the important thing is that I'm being careful and safe.
