Thanks for starting this check in thread.

Yesterday it rained all day so I didn't go out much. But today is suppose to be sunny and nice, though I do see some clouds.

Been social distancing as hopefully everybody else is doing.

Fighting anxiety over this situation. Hoping there is relief in sight.

There is so much that is out of our control with the virus crisis; I'm focusing on the basics that I can control. I'm doing regular exercises at home every day. I'm eating well, following the American Heart Association dietary guidelines. And I'm getting sufficient quality sleep. I continue to take citalopram (40 mg) for GAD as I have for the past 10 years.
