Going on a trip tomorrow. Nervous

Hello everyone

Tomorrow I am going on a trip with some family. My biggest anxiety from this is leaving my home for a week.
I get very OCD when going on trips. I double, triple check everything before I leave.

I am having someone come by in the middle to check on things but I am still nervous nonetheless

Hi

Going on trips can be a trigger for a lot of us and I do the same re checking everything so your not alone on that. Try your best to relax maybe do some mindfulness meditation and tell yourself that everything is sorted and that you have checked that you have everything you need for your trip.

When I go on a trip, I always triple-check everything around the house that I live in before leaving. I'll make sure that all of the doors are locked. And I'll check my bags in the car to make sure that I've brought everything with me, such as my bottle of medication, my toothbrush, my comb, and more. I check these things at least three times.
