Hi Tim G, how is that amino acid working for you? I heard of it from my therapist before and I was actually going to start taking it but since my anxiety escalated so fast, decided to take medication first.
L Theanine has a gentle calming effect. Nothing dramatic, but subtly noticeable. I've been taking one 200 mg tablet in the morning, and another in the evening. I failed to mention in my previous post that I, too, take Citalopram, and have been on it continuously for many years. It works well for me to relieve feelings of anxiety.
