A good week for me, and surprisingly low anxiety around the U.S. elections. My annual skin cancer examination was negative, which is a plus.

It has been a good week for me too. It has been unseasonably warm. ending Wednesday though.

Feeling high anxiety. Trying not to succumb to it. I’m taking an online mindfulness course. Hoping it will help.
